RETURNS
We’re confident you’ll love your Chér House selections. However, if something doesn’t work out or you’re not fully satisfied with your items, you may return within 7 days of receiving your item.
For Bedding, Linens and Inserts, we’ll need returned items unused and in their original, unopened packaging. For our Collected pieces, they will need to be unused and in original condition. For Woodworking pieces, they will need to be unused and show no sign of wear or damage. For Ceramics and Pillows, we will accept returns only if damaged upon delivery.
If any of your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact our Customer Support Team with a photo of the item within 48 hours of receiving.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item(s) being returned is not in original condition.
Chèr House will not accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
Furniture
Lighting
Mirrors
Rugs
Artwork
Candles
Final Sale
Clearance

All shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Chèr House is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods within transit and recommends all returns be insured with tracking by the buyer. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all item(s) that are refused upon delivery. Returns will be processed within 10-12 business days. All refunds minus shipping and restocking fees, will be issued back onto the original form of payment or in the form of store credit if requested. Please allow the refunded amount to show back into your account within 5-7 business days as each banking system has different processing timeframes.
