Our Shop Policies

SALES TAX

We’ll calculate and collect sales tax at checkout wherever applicable.

SHIPPING

Monday — Friday
8 a.m. to 2 p.m. PST
We do not ship on national holidays

To make sure you receive your items as quickly as possible, and to guarantee your order reaches you when expected, please note that all orders placed on Fridays after 2 p.m. PST, as well as orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the next business day and delivered within the appropriate time frame. 

Non-furniture items
Will be processed within 2 business days and shipping can take up to 3 to 5 business days. 

Furniture items
Sofas, chairs, rugs, beds, cabinets, lighting, etc. have the individual process times listed on each product page that can be found under the Shipping + Returns tab. 

*Chér House is not responsible for carrier delays and will not be able to refund the shipping cost as it is directly paid to our providers.

 INTERNATIONAL

Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer international shipping. That includes the following non-continental U.S. territories: Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Island. Additionally we cannot ship to APO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping services soon! 

HOLIDAY ORDERS

It’s always good to plan ahead. Any orders placed between December 22nd through December 31st will begin the processing period on January 3rd. Also, keep in mind this doesn’t reflect shipping timeframes and any unexpected delays that we are not responsible for.
